We want you to love your Glutanex products. If something isn't right, this policy explains your options. None of the below affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changed your mind? (14-day cancellation right)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To be eligible:
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and return the item(s) within 14 days of telling us.
Products must be returned in a resalable condition with original packaging.
Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.
Please note (hygiene): For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic and skincare products that are sealed cannot be returned once that seal has been broken. Sealed items returned unopened and intact are fully eligible.
For a valid cancellation we will refund the price of the returned item(s) plus the standard outbound delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate only.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
This is separate from the cancellation right above and is covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a remedy — a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate. You have 30 days from receipt to reject a faulty item for a full refund, and further rights beyond that period.
To help us resolve transit damage or a wrong item as quickly as possible, we ask that you contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. This is to speed things up — it does not limit your statutory rights, which apply for the full period allowed by law.
You will not be charged return postage for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Non-returnable items
Outside of the faulty-goods rights above, we cannot accept returns of:
Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products, or any product with a broken hygiene seal.
Products with packaging damaged after delivery.
Gift cards and promotional items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof that you've sent them back).
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is on us.
